I have worked in Health and Social Care for over 20 years now and now have the privilege of leading on Growth here at Almond Care. I am passionate about making a difference to individuals that have care and support needs, and my role as Business Development Manager allows me to really do that.

Outside of work my family life is hugely important to me, we love to camp and have many adventures together.

I love to be outdoors. Walking, running and keeping fit are all things I value and enjoy massively.

I’m Emmanuel Gurupira l have been with Almond since 2022 as a Senior Health Care Assistant then later promoted to be a Care Coordinator. I have been in care for over five years now.

I love working at Almond Care because my values match with our organization promoting positive work environment and strong mission driven. I have worked in the care sector for many years and have been fortunate to gain experience across a range of areas, including quality assurance and turnaround management.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for supporting individuals to achieve their goals while ensuring they receive compassionate, person-centred and high-quality care.

I take great pride in making a positive difference to the lives of the individuals we support and in creating an environment where people feel valued, respected, and empowered every day.

Outside of work, I enjoy baking and spending quality time with my family and my dog. I’m naturally passionate about helping others, continuing to learn and develop, and bringing a positive and supportive energy to those around me.

I am Louise Nesbitt I have been working in care for over 20+ years, worked within the Domiciliary Sector for 16 years and then been working in Complex Care for just over seven years.

My team call me the Crazy Cat Lady which I am. I used to play pool/snooker some years ago and was very good. I also played Gaelic Football and my god I was good as a defender.

I am the Accounts Manager here at Almond Care. I have an eye for detail and have been working in finance for many years.
