As specialists in nurse-led complex care in the home in the UK, we specialise in bespoke support for clients with Spinal Cord Injuries (SCI).

We are a leading spinal injury care agency, delivering client-centred care provided by our own team of nursing staff and healthcare assistants.

Our team are all trained, qualified and highly experienced in giving clients complete confidence in their ability to deal with the needs and challenges of their SCI.

With our specialist spinal injury nursing care, we tailor our support to each client’s needs, wishes and clinical condition, including the level of paralysis.

Our expert nursing and care staff are fully trained in the use of specialist SCI interventions and therapies, including:

  • Bowel and bladder continence management, including digital rectal stimulation (DRS)
  • Long-term ventilation
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Physiotherapy care/support including passive movement, standing frames and splints
  • Monitoring clients with SCIs above T6 who may be prone to Autonomic Dysreflexia (AD)
  • Nutrition management
  • Pressure sore/ulcer prevention and skin management
